We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Starkenn Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a similar industry, witha strong background in project management, AI/ML, and embedded hardware. This
individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Additionally, they should be proficient in project management tools, particularly Zoho and Jira, and have a solid understanding of Scrum and Agile
methodologies.
About Your Role
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and designers, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
AI/ML & Embedded Hardware: Utilise your knowledge of AI/ML and embedded hardware to make informed decisions and guide the technical aspects of the projects.
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Ensure that project goals are clearly defined and communicated to the team.
Project Management Tools: Proficiently use project management tools, especially Zoho and Jira, to track progress, manage tasks, and monitor project performance.
Scrum & Agile: Implement and advocate for Scrum and Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with customer expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration).
5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-related industry.
Good understanding and knowledge of AI/ML and embedded hardware.
Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Zoho and Jira.
Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
