Hardware Requirement creation from system requirements
Hardware architecture design
Hardware schematics and BOM creation
Hardware component selection
Hardware design calculations and worst-case performance analysis
Simulation
Hardware test case creation
Hardware testing and debugging
PCB layout design requirement creation
Coordination with sample shop for sample build
Desired Candidate Profile
3 + years of experience in hardware design and development.
Experience in designing microcontroller-based circuits.
Experience in designing analog circuits comprising of opamps, BJT, MOSFET (LSS & HSS), LPF, linear & switching regulators, etc.
Experience in schematic capture tool CADstar, orcad, Altium.
Should be aware of PCB layout guidelines and experience in reviewing PCB layout.
Experience in circuit simulation tools like Pspice, LTspice, etc.
Should be able to do the board bring-up, test hardware as per the test plan, debug the board & resolve issues in the board.
Should be a good team player and can work independently on assignments.
Should be able to make hardware design documents, BOM, and create test reports.
